The Garden of Innocence does claim deceased children that have been left somewhere to be found, they also claim stillborn children if the parents leave them at the hospital unclaimed. If these infants were to go unclaimed then they would be cremated and buried in a mass grave. In my personal opinion, an unclaimed baby at a hospital is still Abandoned, and Needs a proper place of Rest, and not in a Mass Grave. I believe in life at Conception, but here is the news story link as well
